To supervise and deliver nursing care according to the nursing process
Ensure ongoing assessment of each resident’s care needs/goals
Implement and review of the resident’s written care plan at regular intervals
Develop and review resident’s care plan in consultation with the resident and family/whanau
Ensure accurate and precise documentation of all other nursing records, incident reports and medication records
Act as an advocate for each resident and ensure the resident is aware of their own rights regarding treatment
Encourage and support residents, relatives, visitors and staff at all times
Previous age care experience preferred
Reliability is a must

Salary is $35.85 per hour for someone with more than 4 years’ experience. Night shift allowance of $4 NZD per hour + weekend is 40% loading.
