As Site Manager you will need to effectively manage all project delivery on site including subcontractor management, tool-box talks, ensuring project delivery is met within strict time and budgetary restraints, and to build and maintain relationships with existing networks on site.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Relevant and recent commercial/civil/residential experience

  • A trade background

  • You will have a high level of credibility and have had experience delivering multi-million dollar projects

  • Solid understanding of building codes and construction methodology

  • Good communication skills


Key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the site is run in accordance with Health and Safety requirements

  • Ensuring all subcontractors are managed proactively

  • Keeping the project running on time

  • Troubleshooting, identifying issues, solving problems and ensuring the Project

  • Manager is made aware of potential risks

  • Working alongside the Project Manager in programming work.
