Contaminated Land Consultant

  • Working with other senior staff to identify and develop markets and high value client relationships that support the continued growth of the business

  • Utilising your technical expertise to provide high quality advice to internal and external clients

  • Providing support for and encouraging the technical development of junior staff within the team

  • Leading and delivering complex site investigations

  • The opportunity to work within multi-discipline teams delivering some of New Zealand’s largest infrastructure projects.

About you:

  • Bachelor or Masters in Engineering (Environmental/ Chemical) or Environmental Science

  • 15+ years' experience in the Contaminated Land / Environmental Engineering fields

  • Expertise in one or more of human health risk assessment, site remediation, hydro-geological assessments, and emerging contaminants.

  • Ability to identify and capitalise on emerging business development opportunities

  • A strong knowledge of the New Zealand market with demonstrated ability to develop and sustain long term client relationships

  • Excellent communication skills including a passion for engaging with clients and other industry stakeholders
