  • By submitting your online visa evaluation form and uploading your CV, you expressly give permission to Migration Associates or New Zealand Skills in Demand to contact you by email or by telephone to discuss and to assist with your move to New Zealand.

  • Apart from New Zealand Skills In Demand, we do not share your data with any third parties unless we’ve asked for your permission beforehand.

HOW AND WHERE DO WE STORE YOUR DATA?

  • We only keep your personal data for as long as we need to in order to use it, and/or for as long as we have your permission to keep it.

  • Your data will be stored in the UK and NZ only.

Our Free Initial Visa Evaluation is designed to provide intending applicants with a general indication of their eligibility for obtaining a New Zealand Visa. However, our initial assessment service is not highly comprehensive and, as such, our findings are not binding in any way. The final decision in respect to an applicant’s New Zealand visa eligibility is at the discretion of Immigration New Zealand, the New Zealand governmental agency responsible for administering and overseeing migration and entry into New Zealand.
